Payment methods accepted
All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and wire transfers. COD shipments are not accepted. Your credit card will be charged only when the goods are shipped to you. Certain corporate accounts may qualify for purchases on Account – please contact us for details.
Freight policy
Orders of $150.00 or more (except some heavy items, denoted as FREIGHT ITEMS, which are subject to a freight charge) will be shipped prepaid to most locations in Canada. Remote locations, including the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon will be subject to a freight surcharge. Orders under $150 will be charged a flat fee of $8.99 to cover shipping and handling to non-remote locations. Shipping is usually by standard UPS Ground. All shipments must be signed for on delivery.
Most heavy items, denoted as FREIGHT ITEMS in the site, are subject to freight charges. In these cases, you will need to contact us to get a freight quote and final delivered cost.
When can I expect delivery?
Please understand that we do not stock these tools. We order from our suppliers at the close of business each Wednesday.
We note the estimated availability for each item on our site. Where items are considered stocking by our suppliers, they will usually be at our warehouse 4 business days after our Wednesday order and shipped out to you no later than the next business day. Depending on your location, please allow 2-5 business days shipping time.
Where items are not stocking items by our suppliers, these are considered special order items and delivery will usually be 3 to 4 weeks.
The order fill rate from our suppliers is approximately 90%. Some items will be back-ordered and we will do our best to deliver these to you in a timely fashion.
IMPORTANT - Check shipments for damage
For your own protection, inspect shipments BEFORE signing the freight bill. If a shipment is damaged, note damage on the freight bill and file a claim with the carrier immediately.
Minimum billing
A minimum of $40.00, excluding freight charges and taxes, will be required in order to process an order.
Sales tax
All sales are subject to GST/HST as applicable. Residents in Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Quebec should self assess PST/QST as required.
Orders from outside Canada
BabcoTools does not ship outside of Canada.
