Membership restrictions
Members may only purchase tools on their account that are for their own use. They are not to be resold. Also, each membership is for one individual only. A single membership may not be shared by more than one individual.
Warranty information
All products shown in this web site and our advertising are warranted by the manufacturer against defects in materials and workmanship to the extent of the manufacturers’ warranty. No other warranties are implied.
You depend on your tools! That's why we have our Warranty Express Program. It's quick and easy. If you have a defective tool, call 800-661-5313 or email info@babcotools.ca. We will immediately issue you a Return Authorization (RA). Package up the defective tool and we will send a courier, at our expense, to pick it up. In most cases, we will have your defective tool replaced with a new one in less than 10 days (we pay the freight). In certain cases, the manufacturer requires that the tool be sent to a repair depot (turnaround times may vary).
Note: We warranty only the tools that we sold to you (proof of purchase is required). Please contact your original supplier for warranty on other products.

In the event of any unforeseen conditions in producing this web site, or in printing our catalog or circumstances beyond our control, we must advise that all prices are subject to change without notice. Installation and assembly are not included. All prices shown are in Canadian dollars.
