I endorsed the buy price and fully expected to pay the uplift without intervention. Your email footer says that Babco intends to exceed expectations. You did exactly that. My wife and I own a progressive auto repair shop with six techs, that maintains and repairs all makes and models of new and used vehicles. We have purchased equipment from Babco Tools for sometime now and the company has always been helpful in making the correct choices. We first purchased a transmission flush machine and have done hundreds of flushes with never any problems. The staff are there to help no matter what you need. I have been happy with their service through out the years.

I just wanted to let you know that Karlene recently sold me a Mini Ductor II, and how pleased I am with both the tool and the help I received from Karlene. Your website listed only the miniductor original, not the upgraded version. I didn't realize this until after the sale was completed, however. I emailed Karlene, and she said she would get back to me if she was able to source the upgraded version. Within the day, Karlene had sourced the better tool, and asked if I would like to cancel my original order and go with the upgrade. We did just that, and the tool arrived within the time frame stated on your website.
The internet can be a scary place sometimes, and it was really nice to deal with a company that does what it says it will do. Good luck in your endeavour.

Half of the tools from Mag are just retagged with their logo and are available from Babco at a cheaper price. Plus Blue Point Tools are the same thing, the only difference is the price.
Once I started getting tools from Babco all the other technicians could not believe the prices I had paid and since then they have ordered tools from Babco as well.
Customer service is in a league of its own and Babco Tools has been a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Babco Tools to any technician, shop or hobbyist that is tired of dealing with the middle man!
